Trees typically represent life, growth, fertility, and continuity. In many cultures, they symbolize stability, roots, and connection to the earth. Scientifically, a tree is a plant with roots, a trunk, branches, and leaves and is a fundamental element of the environment. Symbolically, a tree can also represent family, origin, and balance, especially in the symbol of the "Tree of Life."

Trees have very important environmental benefits. They produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, helping to mitigate the effects of climate change and improve air quality. They also contribute to: purifying the air of dust and pollutants; moderating the climate, reducing heat, and providing shade; protecting the soil from erosion; conserving water and regulating the water cycle; and supporting biodiversity by providing shelter for birds, animals, and insects. In short, trees are essential for the balance and sustainability of the environment.

Several topics and ideas were discussed during today's visit to the Bouhlou nursery for students of the Al-Falah Educational Institution. The students asked numerous questions about nursery management, including planting, watering, monitoring plant growth stages, and care. They also commended the High Atlas Foundation for its noble role in encouraging farmers, associations, and cooperatives to increase tree planting, as well as for raising awareness among students about the importance of the environment and its preservation.
