"Across Northern Morocco, rural communities are investing in a more resilient future, one tree at a time. Across the 2022 to 2026 planting seasons, more than 1.19 million trees have been distributed to farmers, cooperatives, associations and schools.

Each tree begins its journey in a local HAF community-managed nursery, where nursery teams care for young seedlings before they reach the people and communities who will plant them. Once in the ground, these trees can support family livelihoods, strengthen agricultural resilience and contribute to healthier landscapes for generations to come."
