This week was one of the best learning experiences I’ve ever had. Each day taught me something new about the world and about myself.

We started with a yoga session. I didn’t know what to expect, but as I stretched and took deep breaths, I felt my mind clear and my body relax. It was peaceful. I felt like I was letting go of stress and making room for courage and calmness.

Next, we had a public speaking session. Listening to everyone talk about topics such as volunteering and human rights made me realize how much I still have to learn. Some things were familiar, but others were completely new. It made me want to learn more in the future.

On the second day, we talked about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). I learned how important these goals are and how young people like me can help make the world better. It was a reminder that even small actions matter. I left that session feeling like I could really make a difference.

The third day was one of my favorites. We learned how to make natural cosmetics like oils, soap, and cream using plants and herbs . The room smelt amazing! Mixing the ingredients felt so satisfying. I loved knowing that I could make simple, healthy products for my skin and hair.

Day four was all about leadership. We learned what makes a good leader, different leadership styles and how to make decisions. The activities helped me practice what we learned, and I realized that being a leader isn’t just about being in charge — it’s about helping others. In the evening, we worked as teams to build models of the 17 SDGs with cardboard. It was fun to create something meaningful together.

On the last day, we went outside to collect plastic and other trash. At first, it seemed like a small thing, but working together to help the environment felt really good. Later, we made carpets by hand. It was a relaxing way to end the week and made me appreciate the beauty of making things ourselves.

This week taught me so much. I learned to be calm, to lead, and to care for the world around me. I left feeling inspired and ready to take on new challenges.
