How I love it when the week starts with yoga! It's a journey of healing. With yoga trainer TITLi, we go deep into ourselves and detach from the world. The gentle flow of movements, the soothing breaths, and the quiet stillness creates a space where my mind feels lighter and my body feels stronger. It’s not just about the poses; it's about finding balance within, embracing peace, and stepping into the week with clarity and renewed energy.

Now, far from yoga, I was introduced to a new experience: oil distillation. I learned how to make soap from distilled oils. Trainer Khadija explained all the steps from A to Z with such precision and passion. She truly cares about crafting high-quality natural products, emphasizing the importance of every detail—from selecting the best raw materials to adding the final touches. The process was both fascinating and therapeutic, reminding me that creativity can be as healing as yoga. This experience has opened my eyes to the art of blending nature with skill to create something both useful and beautiful. I can’t forget the smells!

I also love it when the week ends with a crafting activity. Rug weaving helps my brain relax. It’s a chance to free my inner creativity, and I am excited about the final result. The rhythmic motion of weaving is almost meditative, allowing me to focus on the process rather than the stresses of the week. Each knot and pattern I create feels like a small victory, and as the rug begins to take shape, I see my ideas come to life. It’s a satisfying blend of artistry and technique, and I can’t wait to display the finished piece in my home.
