في اطار انشطة العيادة القانونية بمراكش نظمت مؤسسة الأطلس الكبير مع شركائها وبدعم من الصندوق الوطني للديمقراطية، يوم السبت 14 ماي 2022، دورة تكوينية وتفاعلية لطلبتها حول موضوع ” قانون العقار والتوثيق ” ، في إطار مشروع ” تعزيز الشراكة بين المجتمع المدني والجامعة ” وذلك بكلية العلوم القانونية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية بجامعة القاضي عياض بمراكش
ترأس أشغال الدورة التكوينية الدكتور زكرياء خليل بصفته مؤطر الدورة ، وشارك فيها 27 طالبا من العيادة القانونية بمراكش
هدفت الدورة إلى تقوية قدرات الطلبة في موضوع العقار والتوثيق بهدف تمكينهم من فهم استراتيجية قضايا العقار والحقوق العينية من أجل تعزيز وتثمين تقديم المساعدة والاستشارة القانونية للساكنة المحلية بجهة مراكش آسفي
:مخرجات التكوين
- فهم إجراءات مسطرة التقييد والتعرض والمشكلات التي تقابلهما ؛
- التحكم في كيفية توثيق التصرفات الواردة على الحقوق العينية ؛
- تمكين طلبة العيادة القانونية من القدرة على التواصل والتخطيط انطلاقا من دراسة حالات تطبيقية تتعلق بتقديم استشارات في مادة الحقوق العينية و توثيق التصرفات العقارية وإثباتها ؛
كما تخللت الورشة التكوينية تنظيم ست مجموعات عمل، لاستقصاء آراء الطلبة وجرد المشكلات والمعيقات التي تواجه مادة العقار والتوثيق والحقوق العينية
“Real Estate and Documentation”

On Saturday, May 14, 2022, the Legal Aid Clinic and its partners and in partnership with the National Endowment for Democracy, organized a training and an interactive course for university students on the topic of “Real Estate Law and Documentation,” within the framework of the “Strengthening Civil Society – University Engagement” project, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences of Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech.
Dr. Zakaria Khalil facilitated the training session to 27 students from the legal aid clinic.
The course aimed to strengthen students’ abilities in the subject of real estate and documentation to enable them to understand the strategy of real estate issues and real estate rights in order to enhance and value the provision of legal assistance and advice to the local population in the Marrakesh-Safi region through the following:
- Understand the procedures of limitation, exposure procedure, and the problems they encounter.
- Control the manner of documenting incoming actions on real estate rights.
- Communicate and plan based on a case study applying how to provide consultations for real estate rights, documenting, and real estate transactions.
The training session also included the organization of six working groups to investigate the students’ opinions and inventory the problems and obstacles facing the subject of real estate, documentation and rights in kind, as well as expressing weaknesses and strengths that can transform or contribute to achieving the goals of the training session.
